We'll begin with a mindful mandala painting session—an intuitive process to center your thoughts and express your inner world. You will be guided step by step using paints , pens, glitter and jewels to create your mandala so no experience needed.
Afterwards, allow yourself to fully unwind during a deeply restorative sound bath, designed to cleanse and balance your energy.
